When you shop with us at our official online store, foru.com.my, you’re automatically covered by our FORU+ Protection Plan. If any of our products don’t meet your expectations, no worries! Just let us know within 14 days of receiving your items, and we’ll happily process a full refund for you.

14-Day Easy Returns
You have a full 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return:
- The item should be as you received it: unworn or unused, with original tags and packaging.
- Keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.
Kickstart your return by reaching out to us at hello@foru.com.my. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions for the return. Please note items returned without a prior request won’t be accepted.

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?
Upon receiving your order, please take a moment to check it. If you find any defects or damages, or if we’ve sent the wrong item, contact us promptly. We’re committed to addressing any issues and ensuring you’re satisfied.
Items Excluded from Returns
Please note, we cannot accept returns for:
- Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Customized products or special orders
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Additionally, sale items and gift cards are final and cannot be returned. If you’re unsure about the return eligibility of a particular item, please reach out. We’re here to help!
Exchanges
For a swift exchange, return your current item. After we’ve accepted the return, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll keep you updated on the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Kindly note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it might take a while for the refund to reflect in your account.
Guarding Against Fraud
For your security, we cross-check billing and shipping details with our payment processor’s information. We keep a close eye on all transactions for any unusual activity.
